- Not knowing how to use the Adobe programs
- Juggling different tasks, being uncertain about what I should be doing at a moment.
- Not being pleased with outcomes
- Feeling like I'm miles behind everyone in the class
What do you do to de-stress?
- Make a to do list
- Go for a walk
- Watch reality TV
- Meditate
Realising everyone has the same fears definitely allows me to calm down and understand we are all in the same boat. These are normal problems to face starting a new class in a new city, with the pressures of fending for yourself at university. I need to understand I am here to learn all the things which cause me to feel behind, and that other people are just as intimidated of my work in some aspects as I am of theirs.
