HAWRAF: Website Design

6A2, 6B2
WEBSITE IN ACTION:
The Hawraf website was an interactive playground with a strong representation of creative play. The team effectively used the most stripped back and basic design decisions in the most effective way. This absolute beauty of simplicity communities a lot through both interaction with the viewer and easy navigation. The website keeps the visiter engaged and interested to learn more through its joyful and fun outputs with is in turn engaging.
This idea of creative play carries through in their evident style throughout their branding.

Designer and co-founder Pedro Sanches's personal website furthers this idea of creative play. His website utilises the mouse movement as a digital paintbrush, allowing the user to utilise the site as an online canvas. Their obvious knowledge of code is applied in simple ways that promote creative expression to an all-inclusive audience.

Other founder Nicky Tesla's personal website is again totally original in its application of successful simplicity. Utilising the basic excel spreadsheet to present all the relevant information in a format that is reminiscent of pantone. This alternative way of self branding is interesting to note for the many options available for my own production.

HAWRAF's website design for artist Marc Horowitz furthers their playful style with use of bold communication that somehow shouts in an easy-going tone of voice. I particularly note their use of black and white with the addition of bold primary colours to achieve this.
